At Life’s Empowerment Solutions located in Welland. Our programs are plain language, solution-focused, and designed to build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills. We walk alongside individuals and families to help them reach their goals and live life to the fullest.

Empowerment Studio | Tuesday's 9 am - 3 pm

Hosted at Life’s Empowerment Solutions (Welland)

We start the day with the group planning for the day and then cooking lunch together.

In the afternoon, we work through activities like budgeting, planning meals, or learning how to get around in the community.
