Meet Our Founder - Tiffany
At Life’s Empowerment Solutions, our foundation is rooted in Tiffany’s years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Welland and the Niagara Region. She has guided more than 100 people through life-changing transitions, helping them build independence, develop new skills, and move toward their goals through person-centred planning.
A Life Built on Empowerment
With a background in Supported Independent Living and Family Home programs, our work reflects the same values Tiffany has carried throughout her career; walking alongside people as they move out on their own, learn parenting skills, navigate relationships, and grow emotionally. Even outside of work, Tiffany’s passion for nurturing growth continues on her hobby farm in Wainfleet, reminding us daily that big dreams take root step by step.

At Life’s Empowerment Solutions, our services and life skills programs are grounded in strengths-based planning and practical skill-building. Each program is designed to increase independence, build capability, and create lasting success for both individuals and the teams around them.
How We Support Growth
- Personal Life Planning – Person-centred planning and custom roadmaps for independence, parenting, or future goals.
- Emotional Intelligence Courses – Plain-language workshops on self-awareness, stress management, communication, and life skills.
- Parenting Support – Specialized guidance for parents with disabilities, balancing family and personal growth.
- 1:1 Coaching – Solution-focused support to build confidence, stay on track, and achieve goals.
- Small Group Programs – Focused sessions for 4–6 participants, designed for real, measurable progress.
All services are offered on a fee-for-service basis, available in person throughout Welland, Port Colborne, Stevensville, and the surrounding Niagara Region.
